Sharia and Astrononmy

GUIDANCE FROM QURAN AND SUNNAH (Sharia and Astronomy)

The Quran:

"They ask you about the waxing and waning phases of the crescent moons, say they are to mark fixed times for mankind and Hajj." (2:189).

"And He who made the night for rest and sun and moon for reckoning of time.  This is the decree of the Exalted, the All-Knowing." (6:96).

"Allah is  He, who created the sun, the moon, and the stars (all) governed by laws under His commandment."(7:54).

"The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year) so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred; that is the straight usage…… Verily the transposing (of a prohibited month) is an addition to unbelief: the unbelievers are led to wrong thereby: for they make it lawful one year and forbidden another year in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah and make such forbidden ones lawful.  The evil of their course seems pleasing to them.  But Allah guideth not those who reject faith." (10:5).

"Allah is He who raised heavens without pillars that you can see' Then He established Himself on the throne; And He subjected the sun and the moon (to his law);  each one runs its course for a term
appointed." (13:29)

Allah created Sun and moon, and He made them subject to you:

"It is Allah Who hath created the heavens and the earth and sendeth down rain from the skies…He has made subject to you, the night and the day; the sun and the moon; and the stars in subjection by His command." (14:32-33).

"He has made subject to you, the night and the day; the sun and the moon; and the stars in subjection by His command."(16:12).

"See you not that Allah bow down in worship all things in the heavens and on earth, the sun, the moon, the stars." (22:18).

"Blessed is He who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a lamp and a moon reflecting light (25:61).

If indeed thou ask them Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected (to His Law), they will certainly reply, "Allah".  How are they then deluded away (from the truth)? (29:61).

"See you not Allah merges night into day and day into night: And subjected the sun and the moon (to His Law); each one runs its course for a term appointed." (31:29).  "He merges night into day and day into
night;  And subjected the sun and the
moon (to His Law); each one runs its course for a term appointed." (35:13).

"And the moon, we have measured for her mansions (to traverse) till she returns like the old, (withered, and curved-up like a sickle) date-palm.  It is not permitted for sun to catch-up the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day; each swims along in (its own) orbit." (36:39-40).

"He created heavens and the earth in true proportions; He makes night overlap day and day overlap night and subjected the sun and moon (to His Law); each one runs its course for a term appointed." (39:5).

Hadith:

The beloved Prophet (PBUH)
said, "See the moon and commence fasting and see the moon and end fasting
(make Eid) and if the skies are overcast, then complete the counting of thirty
(days)."

Ibn Umar reported, I heard the beloved Prophet (PBUH) saying, "When you see the crescent (of the month of Ramadan), start fasting, and when you see the crescent (of the month of Shawwal),  stop fasting; and if the sky is overcast (and you can't see it) then regard the crescent (month) of Ramadan (as of 30days, in other words complete 30 days)" (Bukhari).

Abdullah bin Umar reported
that the Prophet (PBUH) said, "The month (can be) 29 nights (i.e. days), and do not fast till you see the moon, and if the sky is overcast, then compete Shaban as thirty days." (Bukhari).

Abu Hurayrah reported that
the Prophet (PBUH) said, "Start fasting on seeing the crescent (of Ramadhan), and give up fasting on seeing the crescent ( of Shawwal), and if the sky is overcast (and you cannot see it), complete thirty days of Shaban." (Bukhari).

Huzayfah reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said, "Do not fast (for Ramadhan) before the coming of the month until you sight the moon or complete the number (of thirty days); then fast until you sight the moon or complete the number (of thirty days). (Abu Dawood).

Determined prayer is the key to destiny

Determined prayer is the key to destiny

Amr bin Auf Al-Ansari (Radi Allahu anhu) reported:

Allah's Messenger (SallAllahu alaihi wasallam) sent Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah (Radi Allahu anhu) to Bahrain to collect (Jizyah). So he returned from Bahrain with wealth. The Ansar got news of it and joined with the Prophet (SallAllahu alaihi wasallam) in the Fajr prayer. When the Prophet (SallAllahu alaihi wasallam) concluded prayer, they stood in his way.
When he saw them, he smiled and said, "I think you have heard about the arrival of Abu Ubaidah with something from Bahrain."
They said, "Yes! O Allah's Messenger!"
He (SallAllahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Rejoice and hope for that which will please you. By Allah' it is not poverty that I fear for you, but I fear that this world will be opened up with its wealth for you as it was opened to those before you; and you vie with one another over it as they did and eventually it will ruin you as it ruined them."

[Al-Bukhari -Muslim]
As Taken from Riyad-us-Saliheen

Determined prayer is the key to destiny

There are various elements in life you come face to face with every day and that you imagine you know and understand very well; so much so that you imagine it would be impossible to understand the majority of them any better than you do already. But that is not always true. Sometimes you may hear a different account or witness something that leads to a brand new door, a new horizon you had never contemplated before, opening up on a subject you thought you knew so well. Your whole perspective changes, not only momentarily but fundamentally. You acquire a new perspective on that long familiar subject, as if you were encountering it for the first time.

One of these subjects about which one constantly acquires a new and more profound conception during the various stages of one's life is 'prayer.' A believer knows that Allah will heed all prayers, and trusts in that truth with all his heart. But the more a person's closeness to Allah, depth of faith and understanding of destiny grow, the more his perspective toward prayer deepens and is perfected. Although he knows the verses of the Qur'an very well, the spiritual power that Allah instills in his heart through those verses constantly increases whenever he reads them again. And for someone who is determined in faith, this situation is repeated constantly until the end of his life.

One piece of knowledge regarding prayer that will again be instrumental in the opening of his heart when he hears it is that prayer 'is the key to destiny.' This is part of the law of Allah. When Muslims beseech Allah with love and passion, by His leave, what they desire will come about.

This is a secret mystery of Allah that very few people are aware of. When one prays, Allah's destiny goes into motion. Mass prayer especially has a particular power; when Muslims request something determinedly and en masse, and when they embrace natural causes, then by Allah's leave, something that people thought would never happen does in fact come to pass. Allah has created the world by that law.

Allah is He Who heeds every prayer

Allah has cited many examples in the Qur'an so that people can understand this secret of destiny: the Prophet Jonah (pbuh) frequently prayed to Allah from inside the stomach of the whale, and Allah rescued him in an incomparable manner. When the Prophet Moses (pbuh) and his people were trapped between Pharaoh's army and the sea, the Prophet Moses (pbuh) prayed to Allah in full submission, and Allah created a miraculous escape for him and his people. Rasulullah (saas) placed all his trust in the infinite might of Allah when he and a friend were in the cave, and Allah spared him from the traps of the unbelievers and granted him victory. In the same way, when the Prophet Joseph (pbuh) was thrown down the well, Allah in His infinite mercy sent him help. Allah again manifested His infinite mercy when the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) was about to be cast into the flames, and made them cool for him. The Prophet Zechariah (pbuh) prayed to Allah, and despite their advanced age, he and his wife were blessed by Allah with the birth of the Prophet John (pbuh).

Some of the verses of the Qur'an that reveal how Allah heeds the sincere calls of His prophets are as follows:

Jonah too was one of the messengers. When he ran away to the fully laden shipand cast lots and lost. Then the fish devoured him and he was to blame. Had it not been that he was a man who glorified Allah, he would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are raised again. So We cast him up onto the beach and he was sick; and We caused a gourd tree to grow over him.We sent him to a hundred thousand or even more. They believed and so We gave them enjoyment for a time. (Surat as-Saffat, 139-148)

And when the two hosts came into sight of one another Moses' companions said, "We will surely be overtaken!" He said, "Never! My Lord is with me and He will guide me." So We revealed to Moses, "Strike the sea with your staff." And it split in two, each part like a towering cliff. And We brought the others right up to it. We rescued Moses and all those who were with him. Then We drowned the rest. There is certainly a sign in that yet most of them are not believers. (Surat ash-Shu'ara', 61-67)

If you do not help him, Allah did help him when the unbelievers drove him out andthere were two of them in the Cave. He said to his companion, "Do not be despondent, Allah is with us." Then Allah sent down His serenity upon him and reinforced him with troops you could not see. He made the word of the unbelievers undermost. It is the word of Allah which is uppermost. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise. (Surat at-Tawba, 40)

When they declared, "Why! Joseph and his brother are dearer to our father than we are although we constitute a powerful group. Our father is clearly making a mistake.Kill Joseph or expel him to some land so that your father will look to you aloneand then you can be people who do right." (Surah Yusuf, 8-9)

But when, in fact, they did go out with him and gathered all together and agreed to put him at the bottom of the well, We then revealed to him that: "You will inform them of this deed they perpetrate at a time when they are totally unaware."(Surah Yusuf, 15)

Some travelers came that way and then dispatched their water-drawer who let his bucket down. He said, "Good news for me, I've found a boy!" They then hid him away among their goods. Allah knew very well what they were doing. They sold him for a pittance, a few small coins, considering him to be of little worth. (Surah Yusuf, 19-20)

The Egyptian who had bought him told his wife, "Look after him with honor and respect. It's possible he will be of use to us or perhaps we might adopt him as a son." And thus We established Joseph in the land to teach him the true meaning of events. Allah is in control of His affair. However, most of mankind do not know. And then when he became a full-grown man, We gave him knowledge and right judgement too. That is how We reward all doers of good. (Surah Yusuf, 21-22)

They said, "Who has done this to our gods? He is definitely one of the wrongdoers!"They said, "We heard a young man mentioning them. They call him Abraham."They said, "Bring him before the people's eyes so they can be witnesses."(Surat al- Anbiya', 59-61)

They said, "Burn him and support your gods if you are resolved to do something." We said, "Fire, be coolness and peace for Abraham!" They desired to trap him but We made them the losers. (Surat al- Anbiya', 68-70)

And Zechariah when he called out to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me on my own, though You are the Best of Inheritors." We responded to him and gave him John, restoring for him his wife's fertility. They outdid one another in good actions, calling out to Us in yearning and in awe, and humbling themselves to Us. (Surat al- Anbiya', 89-90)

Then and there Zechariah called on his Lord and said, "O Lord, grant me by Your favor an upright child. You are the Hearer of Prayer." The angels called out to him while he was standing in prayer in the Upper Room: "Allah gives you the good news of John, who will come to confirm a Word from Allah, and will be a leader and a celibate, a Prophet and one of the righteous." He said, "My Lord, how can I possibly have a son when I have reached old age and my wife is barren?" He said, "It will be so. Allah does whatever He wills." (Surah Al 'Imran, 38-40)

Some people who encounter similar situations to these cited in the Qur'an in their own lives fall into the error of thinking that "it is impossible" for their prevailing circumstances to ever change. Since their attitude is essentially one of despair and lack of faith, they fail to properly appreciate the might of Allah and do not pray to Him with a genuine and absolute submission to Him. And this stems from these people being unaware of the secret of determined prayer, and being unaware that prayer is the key to destiny.

Yet if Allah so wishes He can immediately make those things that people mistakenly think of as "impossible" a reality. In the same way that Allah sent His help to messengers and true believers in the past, and that situations regarded as "impossible" were made a reality, so this also applies to the lives of everyone today.

Praying with absolute faith

Everyone may face situations wherein they may truly want from Allah but that look impossible to happen. But people must never be deceived under these circumstances. It is very important not to forget that prayer is the key to destiny and that when one prays, so Allah's destiny goes into motion, and thus to beseech Allah with an absolute faith. In the same way that our Lord smoothed the way for the Prophet Moses (pbuh) and helped the prophets Jonah (pbuh), Abraham (pbuh) and Zechariah (pbuh), so all sincere Muslims hope for Him to respond to their prayers with mercy.

Of course, however, a believer who really wants something to happen must frequently call on Allah, just like the Prophet Jonah (pbuh) and must, just like our Prophet Muhammad (saas) and the Prophet Moses (pbuh), say "Of course, our Lord is with us," without losing heart under even the most difficult of conditions; he must trust in Allah's might with a powerful faith, feeling no doubts at all. And then the secret in prayer will come about and, by Allah's leave, destiny will begin to work in the desired direction.

The great Islamic scholar Imam Rabbani reminds believers of this great and certain truth in the following passage:

"To ask for something is to obtain it; because Almighty Allah will not allow His servant to utter a prayer that He will not heed." (Imam Rabbani)

Understanding the Qur'an as the Word of God

Understanding the Qur'an as the Word of God

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu anhu):
The Prophet (SalAllahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Whoever performs Hajj for Allah's sake only and does not have sexual relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after Hajj from all sins) as if he were born anew."
Sahih Al-Bukhari 2:296

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (Radi Allahu anhu):
The Talbiya of Allah's Messenger (SalAllahu alaihi wasallam) was: 'Labbaik Allahumma labbaik, labbaik la sharika Laka labbaik, innal-hamda wan-ni'mata Laka wal-mulka la sharika Laka' (I respond to Your Call, O Allah, I respond to Your Call and I am obedient to Your Orders, You have no partner, I respond to Your Call, All the praises, thanks and blessings are for You, All the sovereignty is for You, And You have no partners with You).
Sahih Al-Bukhari 2:621
Understanding the Qur'an as

the Word of God

By Shahul Hameed

By "the Qur'an", Muslims mean the original Arabic Qur'an revealed to Prophet Muhammad over fourteen centuries ago.

Muslims who read the Qur'an with an open heart and understand the meaning of its word have no doubt that the Qur'an is the Word of God. A non-Muslim approaching the Qur'an for the first time may legitimately ask: After all, is the Qur'an the word of God, as it is claimed?

By using the word "the Qur'an", Muslims mean the original Arabic Qur'an revealed to Prophet Muhammad over fourteen centuries ago, and not any translation of it or its meanings.
This elementary fact may not be easily understood because Christians for example consider the English translation of the Bible as the word of God.

Lost in Translation

Translators choose words and phrases from their vocabulary in the target language, to express what they understand of the original text. And they may not fully succeed in expressing what they mean to convey; nor can they rule out the possibility of a different choice and order of words and phrases by another translator.

In the course of translation the casualty is always the typical idiom of the source language.

Even in the best translation, much of the power and appeal of the original text is lost. Robert Frost's definition of poetry aptly paraphrases the predicament thus: "Poetry is what gets lost in translation."

The point to be stressed is that "The Qur'an" is the Arabic Qur'an; and no human translation can substitute it.

Harmony Between Content and Language

One of the first proofs of the Qur'an as the word of God is the perfect harmony between its content and language.

People may get to know the meaning of the Qur'an from a translation, preferably with sufficient explanations. But what about the language of the Qur'an?

Its beauty is to a great extent lost to any one who does not know Arabic.

The foregoing is meant only to point out the shortcomings of translations and not to decry all translations as utterly useless. In fact, a good translation may preserve somewhat of the charm of the original; and there is no question of ruling out translations as they are essential for non-Arabic-speaking people.

The passage below is quoted from the English translation of the meanings of the Qur'an by Yusuf Ali, who took immense pains to convey something of its beauty in English:

[Or, Who guides you through the depths of darkness on land and sea, and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy? (Can there be another) god besides Allah?- High is Allah above what they associate with Him! Or, Who originates creation, then repeats it, and who gives you sustenance from heaven and earth? Can there be another god besides Allah? Say, "Bring forth your argument, if ye are telling the truth!" ] (An-Naml 27:63-64)

[When the Sky is cleft asunder; When the Stars are scattered; When the Oceans are suffered to burst forth; And when the Graves are turned upside down;-(Then) shall each soul know what it hath sent forward and (what it hath) kept back. O man! What has seduced thee from thy Lord Most Beneficent?] (Al-Infitar 82:1- 6)

The above verses appeal to hearts and minds at the same time; as there is a harmony of rhyme, rhythm and reason, a matching of powerful ideas with moving expression.

The Qur'an came at a time in Arabia when poetry was reigning supreme; but the master-poets of the day could not equal the Qur'anic richness in diction, style and beauty.

A Living Language

The Qur'an was able to hold the Arabic language in thrall from the moment it was revealed. Indeed its haunting rhythms rocked the whole Arabia from Sudan to Syria and from Morocco to Oman.
While the Qur'an continues to occupy the pedestal as an abiding model for literary Arabic, the languages of other scriptures had all become dead.

In fact, Arabic has defied the usual norms of the evolution of languages through history. The French scholar Ernest Renan (1823-1894), who had carried out extensive research on Semitic languages, had this to say about the Arabic language:

The Arabic language is the most astonishing event of human history. Unknown during the classical period, it suddenly emerged as a complete language. After this, it did not undergo any noticeable changes, so one cannot define for it an early or a late stage. It is just the same today as it was when it first appeared (quoted by Khan).

In acknowledging this "astonishing event of human history" this French Orientalist, was in fact acknowledging the miraculous nature of the Qur'an. It was the Qur'an's phenomenal literary style which preserved the Arabic language from alteration, such as other languages have undergone.

A Challenging, Transformational Book

There is no other book in human history that has molded, and is continuing to mold, the life of generations of people as the Qur'an.

Every verse of the Qur'an has become the unalterable source of a code of laws that govern every aspect of the life of Muslims.

This was a book that reformed and refined the lives of thousands of Bedouins who could not think of anything beyond the confines of their clans before; a book that transformed the camel-herds of Arabia into Caliphs and learned judges; a book that brought into being the renowned universities and centers of learning that awakened a new enlightenment in the world, such as no other civilization of the past could match.

Muslims consider it a brilliant and lasting miracle of God because Prophet Muhammad's only source of inspiration for the revolution he brought about was the Qur'an.
With the Qur'an in his hand, Prophet Muhammad gave shape to the nucleus of a universal society in the Arabia of those days, out of those scattered and cantankerous desert tribes, who had little by way of scientific knowledge or material resources.

Their initiation into a stable Islamic cultural order was effected independent of all the socio-political systems or powers existing in the world at that time.

The Qur'an was at the center of this unique spiritual revolution. All the factors required for forging unity among tribes, races and social classes, for the liberation of thought patterns and the ennobling of knowledge. Indeed all the criteria for social transformation were derived from the very text of the Qur'an and from the culture that emerged from the Qur'an.

Even aggressors who ravaged Islamic lands and triumphed over the Muslims owing to their military superiority, lost their dominance in the end when they were confronted with the spiritual power of Islam; and eventually, many of them adopted the religion of the people they had conquered.

How Should I Respond When Someone Says To Me: "Fear Allah"? – Shaykh Uthaymeen

Allah, the Most High said,

"And when it is said to him, Fear Allāh, pride in the sin takes hold of him. Sufficient for him is Hellfire, and how wretched is that resting place." [Al-Baqarah: 206]
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said,

From the benefits of this verse is that the man who has been described with these traits haughtily rejects being commanded to fear Allāh, based on His Saying, the Most High:

"Pride in the sin takes hold of him."

So he disdains this. It is as if he said to himself, "I am above you commanding me to fear Allāh." And it appears that this ignorant individual pretends to be unaware of the Saying of Allāh, the Most High to the most pious of mankind,

"O Prophet, fear Allāh and do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites.
Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise." [Al-Ahzaab: 1]

Among the benefits [of this verse] is that it warns against rejecting [the advice] of the sincere advisors because Allāh included this among the characteristics of the hypocrites. Therefore, the one who rejects the [counsel] of a person who commands them to fear Allāh has resembled the hypocrites [in this affair].

It is obligatory upon a person when it is said to them, "Fear Allāh" that they respond by saying, "We hear and we obey," revering the fear of Allāh.
Summarised from Tafseer Surah Al-Baqarah (2/448), Daar Ibn Al-Jawzee.

Are there Islamic Nasheed? By Shaykh Fawzan
Question:
A considerable amount of discussion has taken place with regards to 'Islaamic Nasheeds'; some have given a formal, legal opinion of it being permissible, whilst others hold them to be an alternative to music. What is your opinion with regards to the above, your eminence?

Shaykh Saalih ibn Fowzaan al- Fowzaan answers:

The phrase 'Islaamic Nasheeds' is incorrect, because it is a newly invented phrase. Hence, for this reason there are no such things [known as] 'Islaamic Nasheeds' in the books of the pious predecessors, and from the rulings of those who are considered and relied upon to be from amongst the people of knowledge.

Rather what is well known is that the Sufis [1] are the ones who have accommodated and incorporated these 'Islaamic Nasheeds' into their Deen, and they name this Deen of theirs as (السماع) 'As Samaa'[2].

In this day and age, when different parties & groups have arisen and increased, this has resulted in all these groups & parties adopting their own fanatical zealous anthems which they have named as 'Islaamic Nasheeds'. This labelling of 'Islaamic Nasheeds' has no authenticity or soundness [in our Deen]. Therefore, it is not permissible to accept these Nasheeds or to circulate and promote them amongst the people.

Allaah is the possessor of all prosperity & success.

FW: [MasjidNabwi] *Visualize Yourself Standing in Front of ALLAH* !~{Superb!}~{A'l-Khushoo' Essence & Core of Salah}

Alhamduliallaahi Rabbil-'Aalameen wa-Salaatu wa-Salaamu 'alaa Ashrafil-Anbiyaa-e-wal-Mursaleen,

Assalaamu `Alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu.

How to attain Al-Khushoo' in Our Prayers ~ ['Insha Allah']
How is it possible for us to gain
Al-Khushoo' (Humility) in and outside of the prayer and during recitation of the Quran?

Answer:-

Al-Khushoo' is the
essence and core of the prayer.
And it means the presence and attendance of the heart !

And that the heart of the person who is praying does not wander left and right.

However ...
if the person senses something that will divert him away from (this) Al-Khushoo' ~

then he must seek refuge with Allah from the Outcast Shaytaan just as the Prophet...
[sallahu 'alayhi wasallam ]instructed us to do* !

And there is no doubt that the Shaytaan is extremely assiduous upon spoiling all acts of worship especially the Salah which is the most superior act of worship after the Two Testimonies.

Thus, He (Shaytaan) comes to the Musalli (Praying individual) and says (or whispers):-

Remember this and that {!!!}

And he causes him to indulge in thoughts and ideas that are of
no benefit and which leave his head soon as he concludes from the prayer{!!!}

Therefore it is upon a person that he strives with the...

utmost ambition to devote himself towards Allah the Mighty and Majestic {!}

and if he feels anything from these misgivings and devilish insinuations to seek refuge with Allah from the Outcast Shaytaan

whether he is Raki' (bowing), in the Tashahhud, sitting, (standing) or in any position from his prayer.

Lastly from the greatest means that will aid one in attaining Al-Khushoo' in the prayer is {?}~

~that he visualizes himself standing in front of Allah and that he is confiding in his Lord {Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.}

Punishment of Blasphemy in Quraan

AsSalaam O Alaikum (Peace be always with you. AMEEN.)
*بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم*

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Punishment of Blasphemy in Quraan
By Irshad Mahmood – Global Auliyaa (PRESIDENT), Siraat-al-Mustaqeem Dawah
Centre

Forget about blasphemy against Allah, his Prophets (Peace-Be-Upon-Them) and
Sahaba (Raḍiyul-Laahu-Anhu), even if someone says anything about Religious
Scholars (Faqui, Peer, Molvi or Mufti etc.), we are just so ready to KILL,
KILL and KILL again and destroy our own economy with our own hand and put
Billions of Dollars of loss in just few hours, which might have taken ages
to established. This could be Shaitaan's another Trap to destroy Muslims
economy. True Muslim's actions must be to build this world heavenly likely
instead of destroying it. Forgiveness is the key to it, and keeping in mind
we are living in a global village one country.

Blasphemy and these types of slogan are not new and many times, Prophet
Muhammad (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) was subjected to verbal and physical
humiliation. He (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) was narrowly escaped assassination by
migrating to Medina along with Hazrat Abu Bakar (Raḍiyul-Laahu-Anhu). He
was accused of FORGERY (Ref: Al_Quraan_021.005), and MAD/CRAZY/POSSESSED
(Ref: Al_Quraan_068.002). His personal reaction, as also the reaction of
all his devoted Companions (Raḍiyul-Laahu-Anhu), while both in and out of
power, was impeccable adherence to the Quraanic teachings.

Punishment for Physical Abuse/Crime in the Quraan: The Quraan sets strict
limits on punishment for any and every physical abuse/crime, i.e. tit for
tat, e.g., eye for eye, teeth for teeth and wounds for similar wounds as
its maximum punishment, while recommends to forgive to set a role model for
others (Ref: Al_Quraan_002.178, 004.092-093, 005.032, 005.045, 062.040,
028.054). The honorable ministers and lawyers must have clear knowledge of
the Quraanic directives on crime and its punishment.
ou punished, let your punishment be proportionate to the wrong that
has been done to you; but if you show patience, that is indeed the best
course. (Al_Quraan_016.126)

There is no punishment mentioned in the Quraan regarding verbal abuse,
however Allah has given limited authority to Islaamic Government to
established peace for non-Physical Abuse in a balanced way (Ref:
Al_Quraan_018.028, 004.059, 004.140, 005.57, 006.068, 018.106, 045.33).
True peaceful rally in front of Parliament/Secretariat Buildings, Courts
and Palaces etc. is necessary during the weekends, which do not hurt
Peoples economy. True Islaamic Government must fines those doing these
types of verbal abuses/crimes, in addition to put them into jail for
limited time and teach them all the Quraanic (True Book of Guidance)
Messages in their language during this jail time regardless of diplomats or
high officials (Ref: Al_Quraan_009.006). Anyone entering into Muslims
Country must be taught a Brief Quraanic Messages before issuing them visas
including Diplomats and High Officials.

Be patient with what they say, celebrate (constantly) the praises of thy
Lord and leave them with noble (dignity). (Ref: Al_Quran_020.130, 050:039,
073.010)

Why Blame Others: Pointing fingers is actually pointing three fingers on
yourself. Mischiefs/Oppressions could also be done by those religious
scholars who exploit Muslims to come to the street violently by taking the
laws in their own hands, since they do not understand the wisdom of the
Quraan. It is duty on every single Muslims Men and women to at least read
few verses from the Quraan with translation DAILY and if they need more
explanation on those verses then consult Religious Scholars, not just one
but must have second, third and fourth opinions, including from other
sects, just like for your critical and complex treatments, many times you
need to consult more doctors for second, third and fourth opinions, if you
are smart enough.

And withhold yourself with those who call on their Lord morning and evening
desiring His goodwill, and let not your eyes pass from them (always yes
sir, till they follow the Quraan and Really Authentic Sunnah), desiring the
beauties of this world's life; and do not follow him whose heart We have
made unmindful to Our remembrance, and he follows his low desires and his
case is one in which due bounds are exceeded. (Al_Quraan_018.028)

If Quraan cannot convince you nothing will: None argue concerning the
revelations (Ayaat) of Allah BUT those who Disbelieve...
(Al_Quraan_040.004) The command is for none but Allah.
(Al_Quraan_018:026)

MasjidNabwi Masjid Addaas in Taif

Alhamdolillah that the garden where Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam took shelter in TAIF is still known, & within the garden, there is a small Masjid by the name of Addaas Radi Allaho Anh. It is said that Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ate the grapes at this location & Allah Knows the best.

Garden comes hardly 450 meters before Masjid Al-Kou' (on Tareeq Wadi Wajj), & it is has a beautiful plantation with Pomegranates, figs, raspberries & some vegetables like Zucchini, egg-plant, etc.

We prayed 2 Rak'ah at the Masjid & we were lucky enough to be offered some pomegranates from the garden.
